Yvonne Wachowicz is a licensed professional counselor practicing virtually in the Houston, TX area. Mental health services are provided to adult individuals and couples, with a special focus on depression, anxiety, and postpartum/motherhood issues. Yvonne is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT Trauma-Focused, and extensively trained in perinatal mental health. Yvonne adopts a more conversational and explorative approach in her work with clients, and finds that the clients she works best with are those with a desire to be introspective, explorative, and open to challenge and change.
